*   Process your documents and deliver converted files.

To provide high-quality OCR and document conversion, your files may be securely transmitted to our trusted API partners (such as Google Cloud Vision). These partners process data according to strict confidentiality agreements and do not retain your files beyond the processing period.

*   **Files:** All uploaded and processed files are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within **24 hours**. 
*   **Account:** We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time.

# Terms and Conditions for Krypdocx

Welcome to Krypdocx! By accessing our website and using our tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

*   You agree not to use Krypdocx for any illegal activities, including the processing of malware or copyrighted material you do not own.
*   Automated use of the service (bots, scrapers) is strictly prohibited unless authorized via an official API key.

### 2. User Content & Privacy
*   You retain full ownership of all files you upload to Krypdocx.
*   By uploading a file, you grant Krypdocx a temporary, limited license to process, convert, and manipulate the file solely to provide the service you requested.
*   We do not claim any rights to your data and we do not monitor your files.

### 3. Credit System & Payments
*   **Credits:** Certain tools require "Credits" to operate. Credits can be earned via ads or purchased in packs.
*   **Refunds:** Due to the digital nature of our services, all "Credit Pack" and "Subscription" purchases are final and non-refundable. 
*   **Stipends:** Monthly credit stipends for Pro members do not roll over to the next month unless otherwise stated.

### 4. Limitation of Liability
Krypdocx provides its services "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy and uptime, we are not responsible for:
*   Any loss of data. (We recommend keeping backups of your original files).
*   Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.
*   Conversions that do not meet your specific formatting expectations.
