Krypdocx is a focused suite of web and mobile tools for converting, organizing, scanning, protecting, and working with documents, PDFs, and images.

The web application provides browser-based workflows backed by temporary processing jobs. The mobile app adds device-aware tools such as scanning, local file access, downloads, and App Protection.

# Privacy Policy for Krypdocx

This policy explains how Krypzon handles information when you use the Krypdocx mobile application, website, document-processing APIs, and related services (the **Services**).

## 1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use Krypdocx, we may process:

- **Account information:** name, email address, password credentials in protected form, email-verification state, and social sign-in identifiers.
- **Files and instructions:** documents, PDFs, images, scan captures, passwords or options supplied for a requested file operation, and the resulting output.
- **Usage and job information:** tool used, file metadata, operation status, temporary download information, and job history associated with your account or device.
- **Technical information:** IP address, timestamps, app version, device and operating-system details, security events, rate-limit information, and diagnostics needed to operate and protect the Services.
- **Support communications:** your email address, message, attachments, and optional app/device diagnostics when you contact support.

Krypzon does not sell your personal information or document content.

## 2. Files and document processing

Files selected for a server-powered tool are uploaded so the requested conversion, OCR, compression, editing, protection, or other operation can be completed. You retain ownership of your files. Krypdocx uses them only to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and deliver the operation you requested.

Keep your original file. Conversions can change formatting, and output links or server copies are temporary.

## 3. Optional document preview

Some document types cannot be rendered entirely on the device. If the app presents a consent prompt for an online preview, continuing may upload a temporary copy and open it through Google Docs Viewer or another configured viewing service. Do not continue with confidential material unless you are comfortable with that provider processing the file. This preview upload is separate from merely selecting a local file.

## 4. Camera, files, microphone, and device permissions

- **Camera or photos:** capturing a scan or selecting images for a tool you start.
- **Files and storage:** selecting input files and saving, opening, sharing, or exporting output at your request.
- **Microphone and speech recognition:** optional voice search for finding tools. Recognition is handled by the speech service configured on your device and may be on-device or online depending on platform settings.
- **Device authentication:** optional App Protection asks the operating system to verify your PIN, pattern, password, fingerprint, or face. Krypdocx receives only the result, not your biometric template or device credential.
- **Notifications:** job, account, update, or service messages where enabled.

## 5. Accounts and authentication providers

You can register with email and password or use an enabled provider such as Google or Facebook. A social provider processes the sign-in request under its own privacy terms and returns the authentication and profile details you allow it to share.

Passwords are not stored in readable form by Krypdocx. Protect your credentials and device and report suspected unauthorized access.

## 6. Service providers

Krypdocx uses hosting, storage, database, authentication, email, monitoring, OCR, document conversion, and content-delivery providers. A file may be sent to a configured processing provider, such as an OCR service, only when needed for the selected tool. Providers receive the information needed to perform their service and are subject to their own terms and applicable agreements.

## 7. How information is used

Information is used to:

- provide accounts, tools, jobs, downloads, and support;
- process files and return requested output;
- enforce operational limits, prevent abuse, and protect the Services;
- send verification, password-reset, security, and operational messages;
- diagnose failures and improve performance and reliability;
- comply with applicable obligations and resolve disputes.

## 8. Retention and deletion

- **Uploaded and processed files:** intended to be temporary and automatically deleted from active processing storage within 24 hours, although a shorter download window may apply. Backups, security quarantine, or provider processing may follow limited separate retention required for security or service operation.
- **Local output:** files saved or shared on your device remain until you or the receiving application deletes them.
- **Account records:** retained while the account is active and for limited periods needed for security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

You can request permanent account deletion from the profile screen. Deletion removes or anonymizes eligible account information and history after verification but does not remove files already saved outside Krypdocx or records that must lawfully be retained.

## 9. Security

We use safeguards such as encrypted network transport, access controls, protected credentials, rate limiting, and secure session storage. No system can guarantee absolute security, and users should avoid uploading files they are not authorized to process.

## 10. Children's privacy

Krypdocx is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13 without appropriate authorization. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe a child supplied personal information.

We may update this policy as tools, providers, or legal requirements change. The latest revision date is shown above.

# Terms and Conditions for Krypdocx

These Terms govern your use of the Krypdocx mobile application, website, APIs, and related document-processing services (the **Services**). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

## 1. The Services

Krypdocx provides free tools for PDF, document, image, scan, OCR, conversion, editing, protection, preview, and related workflows. Tool availability, supported formats, file-size limits, and platform features can change and may differ by device, region, or account status.

## 2. Accounts

- Provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
- Social sign-in is also subject to the provider's terms.
- You must be at least 13 or the minimum age required in your location to create an account. A parent or guardian must authorize use where required.

## 3. Your files and permission to process them

You retain ownership of files you lawfully submit. You grant Krypzon and its processing providers a limited, temporary license to host, copy, transform, analyze, transmit, and deliver a file only as needed to perform, secure, and support the operation you requested.

You must have the right to process every file you submit. Do not upload unlawful material, malware, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, or content that infringes another person's rights.

## 4. Temporary files, output, and backups

Uploaded files and processing output are temporary. Download links can expire, and conversions may not preserve every font, layout, formula, annotation, signature, or metadata field. Keep an independent copy of the original and review output before relying on it.

Saving, sharing, exporting, or opening a file moves it outside Krypdocx and makes the destination responsible for that copy. An online preview may use a third-party viewer only after the app presents the relevant consent prompt.

## 5. Free access and fair use

Krypdocx does not sell subscriptions, digital purchases, or usage credits. Some server-powered tools may require an account, and file-size, request-rate, or guest-usage limits may apply to keep the free service reliable and protect it from automated misuse.

## 6. Acceptable use

You must not:

- use the Services for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing activity;
- upload malware or material intended to attack, evade, or overload a system;
- probe, scrape, reverse engineer, automate, resell, or bypass access, size, or rate controls without written authorization;
- attempt to access another user's account, files, jobs, or output;
- misrepresent ownership, authorization, or identity.

## 7. Privacy and third-party services

Use of the Services is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Authentication, OCR, conversion, online preview, hosting, email, and other features may use third-party providers governed by their own terms. Krypzon is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

## 8. Intellectual property

The Krypdocx software, branding, interfaces, and original content belong to Krypzon or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Services for their intended purpose and do not transfer ownership of the Services.

## 9. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

Krypzon may restrict or suspend access to protect users or infrastructure, comply with law, prevent abuse, or respond to a breach of these Terms. You can request account deletion from the profile screen. Deletion is permanent but does not override security or legal retention duties.

## 10. Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided **as is** and **as available**. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every file can be processed, or that output will be error-free or fit for a particular legal, archival, accessibility, or professional purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Krypzon is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost files, expired output, formatting changes, user-submitted content, misuse, or third-party services. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update tools and these Terms. If renewed consent is required, the app may ask you to review the revised Terms before continuing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live.
